- Advanced age of the mother or father
- Pregnancy or birth complication such as having premature baby
- Prenatal vitamins issues such as having lack of folic acid and vitamin D intake
- Lack of oxygen in the brain when born
- Some suspects that vaccines cause of autism but still no evidence
- Gut issues such as having yeast infection
