Many parents may notice that there is something wrong with the speech and language development of their children. They may think that their children might be delayed and may catch up soon, it is true for some children but for some, there is something that is not right.

0 – 3 months
Babies should tend to smile, coo and make sounds. They should also cry differently for different needs.
4 – 7 months
Babies should babbles and make both short and long group of sounds
7 months to 2 years
Understand what other says and able to follow simple commands
2.5 to 3 years
Use 2 to 3 word sentences for communication such as asking for things. Children should be able to form sentences with 2 t o 3 words
4 to 5 years
Children is able to name letters and numbers and able to hold longer conversation. They are able to use longer sentence and continue to build new vocabulary as gets older.
